I count Trebek shaving his mustache as his aging, turning over about 20 years overnight. Trebek looked way younger with the mustache. I still want him to regrow that bad boy.

Seriously, Michael Sheen was a joy in that movie. So over the top and fun. Such a blast as the token sci-fi movie large ham.

Little did we know, this Doug episode predicted the hype for the Segway, also marketed with "IT" and nothing on what the product actually was beyond it being probably life changing. Then it was a fancy gyro scooter that didn't match that IT hype. How predictive of Doug.

If you focus on the "xic" part of Mexican, you can kind of hear a "sick" sound. It sounded like that girl was reaching really hard to think of a slur for Mexicans. It's almost clever, the amount of work that went into something as simple as "sickies".

It reminded me of the song the band played as the Titanic sank in Titanic. Was it the same song?

Mary Steenburgen has been acting for at least 36 years, since 1979's Time After Time? I knew she was an older lady, but I didn't realize it was that many years. Damn, she looks good for her age.

How do you know something like that? Are you big on knowing your state governors? I know almost none of them and I watch C-SPAN from time to time.

If it kept going, I think I'd really like it. The 500 questions means you have carryover each episode, almost like following an extended storyline on a gameshow. I enjoyed the Saga of Steve.

You mean he sounded English in every season. He at least tried to put on a California accent in the early seasons, but he seemed to have given up the halfhearted effort in the last few seasons. I stopped even noticing as the show went on, aside from his occasional stumble on random words.
