Kevin Smith ALWAYS wears a hockey jersey. Kevin Smith is to hockey jerseys what George Lucas is to flannel.

Do comics count? Everyone knows Batman, but how many people know Detective Comics? I don't know anything about Detective Comics beyond it being where Batman came from. I can't name any other characters from it, or what it even did before Batman debuted.

Are you daring say we didn't need an awesome article recapping the awesome time the awesome cast of the awesome Archer did an awesome live-action readthrough? The only thing missing was a youtube clip of this performance.

Credit has to be given to Seth MacFarlane for Roger on American Dad. Anyone who thinks he's a hack can stop at Roger. He doesn't just do Roger's Paul Lynde accent, he also does "Paul Lynde as X" with all of Roger's personas. He does voices WITHIN voices. Roger alone puts the man in the higher tiers with Billy West and

Since we're on the subject of queer, lately I've noticed LGBT gets a Q added on, presumably for queer. Anyone know why? I'm used to queer being used as a pseudo-slur for gays, but I assume Queer in this case refers to "genderqueer" variants like transvestites and drag queens. But those seem to be more of a hobby on

All the Louie fans know about the joke at top, but because that moment was funny, I'm going to spell it out for non-Louie fans.

A rare Family Guy joke that referenced a generation of adults younger than 45! I appreciated that joke.

Sounds like she took her acting advice from Wesley Snipes. Go read that Patton Oswalt interview from last October, his stuff on working on Blade Trinity is hilarious.

Replace Merle with Michonne and you have a deal. Merle is charming. All Michonne does is glower at everyone to the point that even Rick wants her out on the damn road.

Even Hershel referred to his by his nickname. I watched the marathon yesterday, and heard Hershel refer to him as T. They just be shortening his nickname down to a single letter. Remember T?

T-Dog drove a church van dammit!

How many other tv shows make a regular habit of killing off their black characters? In just the first 8 episodes of the season we had 3 black characters rotated out through the quota.

"For a show based in Georgia they may indeed make an effort to represent who might have been in the local population. Should they have a minimum number of black characters?"

Talking Dead rightfully called out the wrongness of that, and how Maggie herself should be the one to avenge her near-rape, not have some man avenge his woman.

This show is no stranger to the word shit. As one random example, Rick said "Shit happens" right before he slammed a machete into the head of that one prisoner.
