I'm hoping against all hopes that Donal Logue really is playing Hank from Terriers. It wouldn't hurt the show, and would be a nice chance for a bit of post-Terriers spotlight that wouldn't drag down SoA. Tvtropes has a term for it, where a show gets its series finale in another show due to its own show being

Some people like pain, like some S&M fetishists. Fetishes are interesting like that. Somehow the pain causes an indirect pleasure. So even the delicate jewels can be pleasured by the so-called ball busting.

Yes, I meant that. For some reason I couldn't think of the word rubber. I'll edit and add it in now.

I can't tell how much sarcasm there is here, but one-shot special in this case being a one-off thing, not a continuation or pilot or anything.

I'm not up to snuff on obscure Moral Orel references. What's the ketchup thing about? It sounds funny, but I can't quite place it.

Same here, the one voice I amazingly recognized was Jacqui, down to the voice and uniquely spelled name. I don't know why she's so memorable, given she had no personality and was only notable for choosing to die at the CDC.

Funny thing, when I heard Merle ask Neil about the birds, I was thinking "What if there had been no birds?". Then I theorized that Merle would've said "Did you just fart?" and shoot him when Neil looked perplexed as hell at the question.

After the episode aired, I was calling the Carl+Daryl+Oscar pair B-Dog, C-Dog(Carl), and D-Dog(Daryl). If we want to assume Oscar is our token black, the B in B-Dog can stand for Black.

Was it Jimmy on the phone? I thought it was Jim from season 1. Jimmy was Hershel's boy who died at the farm, and he was so forgettable on the farm that I'm sure he was forgotten for the phone. We'll get 50 calls from T-Dawg on the negatory prospects of situations(cue Yee Yee) before we get a call from Jimmy.

I got a Firefly alert for this?!
