My friend actually turned to me and asked if Bear McCreary was in the house.

Jaime is going to push Cersei out a window.

You never go full Aerys.

Brubaker's Catwoman is best Catwoman. But I have a bit of a noir/crime bias. And then an even bigger Darwyn Cooke bias.

Pretty excited for Rucka's return to Renee Montoya. There's a few books that first week that interest me, and then nothing much beyond Len Wein's return to Swamp Thing and the Shazam comic. I'm just not invested in a lot of the other eras or the creators being brought to them.

Yeah. Geoff Johns' influence was somewhat minimized in the wake of Forever Evil from what I can tell, which means Sterling Gates (his former assistant), got left behind to an extent. So most of what was built up in ARGUS has disappeared, which is kind of a shame.

FIXED.

The end of the month is always a very big week for me. LOTS of stuff, usually because DC ends up inevitably delaying stuff that would have come out earlier to the last week possible. SO!

I may enjoy some Batman.

I've also found myself suddenly and unexpectedly intrigued by Convergence, largely due to Didio's preview. So, you know, good on him, I guess. I'll likely wait on reviews of the first issue next week, but I'm certainly curious enough to flip through it on the stands.

How did you like the ARGUS mini? I think I liked it more than most people, as it barely got any coverage. And despite setting up some possible storylines, everything from the volume was basically dropped. Not as good as the Rogues mini in my mind, but a decent tie-in that was largely overlooked, I felt.

EDIT: I should scroll down more. Sigh. Lots of Batman, other DC stuff. Daredevil's fun.

The doctor speaks for all of us.

Comes highly, highly recommended.

Because when someone somewhere embraces joy instead of snark, truly we are lost.

I don't know, man. Without the Confessional, one of the greatest Survivor moments of all time (in an otherwise lackluster season) wouldn't have happened: Boston Rob throwing the immunity idol clue into the volcano.

Hooray, the WHAT DID YOU READ? section! No controversy here! Right, guys? Right?!

Well, this organization system has the potential to revolutionize my Steam Games page.

It got lost in The Week Without a Podmass, but the DLM in New York with Amy Schumer, Hannibal Buress, Jason Mantzoukas, and Bobby Moynihan is fantastic and should be noted.

Everyone knows the McPoyles are Freys.
