Having Prepon depart in season two is probably the best course of action for the show dramatically.

I suppose it depends on the circumstances behind the deletion. In the case of Scott's Kingdom of Heaven, studio interference cut out huge swaths of the film that hurt its overall coherence quite a bit.

Although Byzantium sounds great on its own merits, I will never not be disappointed when I see the title and automatically think for a split-second that it might be about the Byzantine Empire.
