At long last the Steam summer sale began on Thursday. So, I spent much of the weekend playing my two sale purchases so far, those being the highly charming and inventive Scribblenauts Unlimited and Sleeping Dogs, which I own on 360 as well but couldn't pass up for the low price of $6.

So, about six months worth.

In the darkness of the post-apocalypse, only the fabulous survive.

By way of Ebay. A+++++

I saw a pickup truck with the license plate "Poopee'' today. That's some A-grade lack of shame right there.

I'm going to ping Orange is the New Black so that the search Submarine can tell me all about it in morse code.

Unfortunately for Obama, I think Louis CK's time-travel principle applies here.

All I can think of when I see anything on Bonobos now is the New Yorker article about them, in which a musician unironically sings the lyrics "Help the Bonobo; And the Bonobo will help you".

I found those comments to be strange as well, guy just wanted to talk about the game.

Five Guys is truly glorious but I also feel the need to take a shower after having eaten there.

I would say sloth, but that might be a betrayal to pigs.

September is going to be a great month for games with both GTAV and Rome II: Total War coming out.

There are tons of bills that would love to live with you on Capitol Hill. That Immigration one is homeless right now, but he'll work for rent.

I ate an ant on accident the other day. He crawled onto my iced tea, and somehow without me realizing it, into my mouth.

No smell will ever nauseate me more than that of an Outback Steakhouse' Blooming Onion. A roommate of mine once took one back with him and left it in the fridge overnight, by the next day the smell of industrial onions had deeply permeated absolutely everything in there.

And in this case, wildly succeeding.

@avclub-bca3531762af8a993c4f60c48fd5e33b:disqus The negative buzz in question had less to do with its quality than its box-office prospects from what I understand.

This is the funniest part about the 'reset' of the Republican party's relationship with minorities in the wake of Obama's reelection.

Although it's still depressing that they exist, it's always assuring and hilarious to reread this news story and remember that MRAs never leave the internet.

I think the second half of Halderman's The Forever War actually bears some resemblance to that.
