Bloody Vikings!

Shut up!

Someone at Showtime is plotting right now to ensure that service crashes for the Homeland premiere. Great publicity to simulate faux excitement.

Everybody wants Joffrey dead. The Tyrells and Martells, obviously. But a Lannister inside job? With Tyrion as a scapegoat? How cool would that be.

Yes, I would love for them to bring in Tony Shalhoub to do a Monk-style "this is what happened."

"You treat me like a Ducky when I'm James Spader times TEN, and that little piss isn't even as slick as Andrew McCarthy."

Reading the books, I truly had no idea who was responsible for the key event of the Purple Wedding. Besides GRRM, I understand that Benioff and Weiss are the only ones who do (definitively). In conjunction with my gleamings from the books, I suspect that this episode offers a huge clue.

Teal'c is Gray Worm. The Hound is closer to Daryl Dixon. Better than his brother, but still far from "disciplined."

…before she’d even been on a gigabyte of film…

I'm really looking forward to the "behind the scenes" interview where we get to see this adorable actress get giddy over being on set with Jennifer Lawrence and Donald Sutherland.

She let the whole odds being in her favor thing go to her head.

Well, it looks like close to 5000 of the total dead were white males. Female on male killings outnumber the reverse, and people of color held their own in battle splendidly. Progress!

The Target clothing line is from 2009? Has it been out of fashion long enough to qualify as retro-chic?

This would have been CBS' boldest move since hiring that hip young Dan Rather a while back, then giving him Cronkite's seat after 20 short years.

You could put it that way, or you could say "that's just because the current representatives of Tennessee pander to the redneck bigots."

"Man-Bat is not Batmanuel." - Perry White to Mayor Anthony Garcia

I suspect that the coverage would be much more popular if it matched the Canadian schedule. By the time the shows are rerun on SyFy, they're a month old and less interesting to discuss, what with spoiler-consciousness and whatnot.

What ho, this just about takes the giddy biscuit!

Sure, the "sanding down" thing didn't carry any more or less weight than simply telling the police he had thrown the dentures away when he upgraded to a better set. In this case, I don't have a problem with the effort to make the odd character "colorful."

I wholeheartedly support the idea of covering Continuum. Please consider "occasional" coverage to see how it plays.
