Speaking as someone exactly Paige's age, it feels like yesterday. But yes, I realize that I really am old (apologies to any Sally Draper contemporaries out there).

We have seen Elizabeth irritated, hurt, angry, disappointed, even scared. But not uncomfortable. Not even when meeting their new FBI neighbors, or seducing sleazebags. She was conflicted and reticent with Philip upon arriving in America, but that was different from discomfort. This is first time we have seen Elizabeth

I don't want to go too far as devil's advocate, but really? Everyone here unanimously agrees that ex-filtrating this guy was unconscionable?

The reviewer is barely out of his twenties and is concerned that he is getting old. Who is the audience for a silly "observation" like that? And ridiculously exaggerating the age of an attractive character. Does anyone find it endearing or cute?

Root = "cute hottie?" I'm not sure that fully characterizes her. What is the term Rust Cohle used on True Detective for Root's type?

Do we really want to assume that Finch, of all people, would get it right?

Ken Davis (Ken Davis!) confirmed that the generators were "shipped out." What was the destination?

They strongly suggested that Root is assembling this team in Cartegena, Colombia. At the very least, Daniel Casey and Jason Greenfield are there. And hopefully Leon.

This is a great start, but I am hoping that the writers of this show have a whole sub-mythology in the works. They have set up Greer as a paradigmatic evildoer. Surely, it will be much more complex as they peel back the layers of this onion.

Not only do they meet Greer in secluded places, but they listen to him go on and on, they get paid in money and secrets, and only eventually get bumped off. Greer is the type of villain to spill all of his darkest secrets, and then place his opponents in a '60s-era Batman Rube Goldberg deathtrap, and then remember he

I suspect that from the Machine's perspective, Agenda = Altruism. I wonder what surprises Samaritan has in store for Decima. Interesting that the biblical Samaritan was the paragon of altruism.

It isn't easy to pull off "boring" so convincingly. Tom Berenger made a long career of it, and James Franco is putting a lot of effort into mastering the craft of "boring."

Don't count out Zoe just yet. She may have been overshadowed by Carter when she first met Shaw, but I refuse to believe that Zoe won't return to the mix.

Don't worry, Shaw will keep her beloved Cochlear Cuckoo safe in the end. So long as she doesn't start feeding Bear chocolate.

It is great watching the Shaw-Fusco relationship grow with each adventure. Early in the episode, they were able to playfully banter:

Shaw was already crushing on Maria after watching her place the GPS tracker on the limo. "Smooth. I couldn't have done that better myself."

I had the same question. I am hoping that she learned Dutch on the spot (for purposes of handling Bear) in much the same way Neo learned Kung Fu.

This was an outstanding "case of the week" episode that integrated the major arc rather seamlessly. The bad guys, however, were a bit too easy to spot. I knew that House of Cards dude couldn't be the real villain (granted, the actor makes a better cheese-eating UN surrender monkey than a POTUS). No, it had to be the

Wouldn't a "conscious uncoupling" require the original parties to have been "sentient meat?"

Fair enough, I understand that there are factors beyond the scope of this "announcement" that contribute to the Paltrow disdain, and perhaps somewhat mitigate the Martin disdain. My tendency is to ascribe idiocy across the board, and to check the sexism in doing so. But hopefully the guy is just following a path of
