Matt Bomer, eh?
Didnt go the traditional route of changing your terrible birth name upon enterting Hollywood?

My personal favorite was "Village on the Cusp of a Short, Defined Period of Time".

I still remember the kiss (even as just helping him get the A) was way premature.

Annie is 27 in real life.

Inexplicably, any of the Jim-acting-like-Michael jokes always make me laugh.

I'm mum on all the ridiculous gushing at Dollhouse like it is Sopranos, The Wire, and MASH all rolled into one… but please dont compare it to Arrested Development. One show has a decent argument for the greatest 50 episode production of all time, the other show… NOT. NOT NOT NOT NOT. ITS NOT THAT GOOD.

Despite avclub's positive response
This show is almost definitely getting canceled, right? Tvbythenumbers has it that way.

The single funniest part of the episode
In the cold open, Dwight's goofy, over-excited response to Michael going into his blind character was just hilarious. This is a recurring bit - there is just something about Dwight being the only character that enjoys Michael's hijinks that is hilarious.

The arc of the season
First episode - not perfect, but lots of potential. The season hits a peak with the Wayne Jarvis episode, just really funny. Then each subsequent week, the ratio of laughs/talking goes down. This show is so so damn talky and outside of Joel, Chevy and various side characters, I'm not buying into

Im right with you pete - how is this the most commonly misspelled word? Im not talking typo, Im talking people who think "lose" is spelled "loose", like that makes any sense.

Thought you guys would dump on this
Avclub is usually good about parsing out the pretentious over-done stuff, which was the indication I was getting about this movie from its current less than impressive review collection on rottentomatoes.

Your right - I looked it up, and "foodie" is nothing more than someone who is generally into food and restaurants and what not? Thats not a new thing, its not even a distinct cultural group.

The mixed drinks he makes at the end of his show are probably 500 calories by themselves.

I totally agree with the negative opinion of over-categorizing everything
Furthermore, the concept that their is such a thing as a "foodie" and that it is called "foodie" pisses me off.

Quirk - that was just a straigtup Schindler's List reference right?

Little known fact (theory?) about Family Guy episode titles - the first four episodes - Death has a Shadow, I never met the dead man, Chitty Chitty Death bang, and Mind over Murder, all had (obviously) death-related titles and death-related storylines. Now, I believe Macfarlane actually stated in early dvd commentary

I love the apostrophe on "cananot' ". Like he was trying to say "can't" and "cannot" at the same time.

Just recast it with new actors, like they did with that Harry and Lloyd movie which was just great.

Isnt this technically Kill Bill 2?
Or technically Kill Beatrice 1?

Yummsh these things still aren't fixed! Will you boycott the site with me?
