Dont get me wrong, Tommy Wiseau is a brilliant man. Im just saying that what makes him so fascinating is that he appears to be devoid of understanding anything, from emotions to money handling.

Ive showed it to friends, half love it, the other half really dont get it and are pretty annoyed at my enthusiasm and asking them over to watch it.

Im not sure if I was more fascinated by this or by your interview with Bloom. Talk about opposite ends of the goddamn scale.

He doesn't really "dodge" questions, per se. He just doesnt know… anything. He doesnt know anything. He doesnt know anything. You ask him questions and he answers, but he doesnt know anything. As in how people actually act in real life. Or how much money a movie actually cost you, or where it came from, or how old

"I do like cheesecake, I'll be honest with you. That to me, is coming from my life. Some people do like it, I'm one of them."
This man is really just some sort of fucking God.

Oh please oh please oh please let it be titled Trans4mers.

I learned from Holyfield that gored ears are a bad result.

I learned in school that multiplying by zero always garners the same result.

Frank, finally I can watch an Academy Awards (puts on sunglasses) where my favorite pics are recognized.

Does the age difference get addressed in the movie? Because if Hollywood thinks we don't notice that Maya Rudolph looks a lot older than John Krazinski, they are wrong.

So Im confused about the Tolerability Index
In some cases, I thought the stuff closer to "tolerable" was actually some good stuff that Amelie liked. But in this one everything is equally bad all the way through - I cant imagine she is excited for The Final destination in 3D.

Its about the CREATION of Facebook. Its not a "facebook movie" where teenagers use facebook and thats the major plot point. People don't call Citizen Kane "Newspaper: The Movie". Apparently the creation of facebook is interesting, they are going to make a film about it. Not that crazy.

Hayden P in a bikini looks a lot like a boy - flat chested, wide all the way through, fairly thick. Really weird looking.

Guys, this is far from the best Caruso has done. "Flat pieces" isn't a real term nor was it even used in the article. He thought of something that rhymed with and added it to a pretty routine Mr. Show quote.

Gerbil question: 35 minutes sounds long, did he keep going around and around about the same shit?

I have a feeling I would've fucking loved this
I imagine my favorite parts would be where they can't figure out how to end a sketch and its stupid and they know it. It wouldn't have worked as something rehearsed and polished.

Im pretty sure somewhere on avclub someone wrote that despite this show's name, it is pretty good. I'm sure I'll eventually get into this show based on avclub feedback - but jesus christ, what a stupid name for a show. I think the creators were going for "So stupid its funny", which became "so stupid that less people

Its not a joke. I admit Arrested Development is absurd, its just I never thought of it as being some poster child for absurdity. If we are talking absurd, I thought you might say something like Tim and Eric. I disagree that its the most absurd show ever created, in many ways it is conventional.

So on this absurdity scale
Which show is more absurd, News Radio or Arrested Development?

Nah - The Village made about 250 million, Lady in the Water was his lowest at 75 million, The Happening made about 170 million. Those are big numbers.
