I haven't seen any reviews of this show yet that reference the Altman movie. I incorrectly assumed it was a remake/reimagineering/reboot what have you, but alas, I see no Haven Hamilton in the cast list, and this disappoints me.

Did anyone else notice that one scene, I think maybe the finale of Season 3, after Jackie Jr.s funeral, where Ralph Cifaretto is sitting in a chair, facing the camera, while in the background a shady character enters the room he's in and just stands there creepily, with no explanation?
