I missed this thread at first but totally agree that early Late Night with Conan O'Brien would be awesome to revisit.  There has got to be so much awkward brilliance on display in the those early years and it would be awesome to see the arch of when they start to find their feet.  Even in the beginning there would be

I love that era of the show when Conan would be visibly nervous during the monologue and rush through it so he could get behind the desk, where he could relax/hide and focus on whatever nonsense he and Andy had planned before the first commercial.

I don't think "Unfrozen Caveman Lawyer" has been forgotten…but, hey, I'm just a simple Caveman.  The in-and-outs of popular culture and what constitutes the "zeitgeist" in this day and age eludes me and my primitive mind.

@avclub-4c37107b9dedb73b90f677930bf7728b:disqus , I'm in Vietnam where Netflix doesn't operate either, but I just installed the plug-in "Hola Unblocker" for Firefox and it allows you to use services like Netflix, Hulu or Pandora while you are overseas, uh, traveling.

"anything that used even a fleeting instance of licensed music"

That book is awesome.  I used to read sections of my co-worker's copy when I worked at Baskin & Robbins in high school.  It only bolstered my appreciation for the show but there's no way they were getting laid that much.  Well, maybe…West is West.

That new show, The 206, kicked off for a trial run recently and it must have done alright because KING5 picked it up for a full season starting in April!  The stuff I've seen online has been funny.

Love Almost Live!.  I love that reruns have never really fallen out of rotation. John Keister has been teasing a DVD release on his website, http://www.almostjohnkeiste… for a while now, but who knows if we'll see that anytime soon.

"cemetery…dying to see that again"

with with original music cues intact!  What Netfilx, god bless 'em, has got going just doesn't quite work for me.

LIKED for your brutal honesty.  FLAGGED for reminding me of what I wish wasn't true.

One thing I've always wanted is some type of searchable archive for Late Night Talk Shows.

Even though they are all over Youtube, I want a well done DVD release for the  '60s Batman TV Show.

Yea, right? Like, what's more important - Record Sales or Sold Out Concerts?

I haven't seen Contact in a while, but I think he is shirtless in that post-sleeping-with-Jodie scene @avclub-5a1c0dcc8243c086c74ee944052f6f0f:disqus .  Remember, he's "a man of the cloth…without the cloth."

As surely as they will stop using capital letters to begin them.

I like the Inventory's where one person writes it; it's like they have some weird, specific topic of interest that they can't get off their mind and have got to get out there.  Noel's done a few of my favorites…

That's because while Lethal Injection came out in 1993, the "Bop Gun" single and video didn't come out until '94.  Cube was just addressing the incongruity.

To be fair @avclub-6b160289536b8a7a7a2c161a02014e7c:disqus , even though his countdown does indicate that Buzz is a functioning illiterate who can't count, he does promise and then give three reasons.

We'll be right back
