He's done a good job on their budgets so far (I'm going to bet dollars to donuts that he gets north of 1.5 for a doc, which is more than adequate if you have an estate on board with all the spendy stuff taken care of).  Besides, this is pretty much a slam dunk to presale foreign territories.
