I have an unnatural affection for chicken mcnuggets and the coffee is frequently better than that at starbucks' so…yeah I'll  go there on purpose about once a month.  Just not for burgers because they are sad, squishy things with no actual meat in them.   I don't think I've eaten one of those in 15 years.

I think this year we're going with Lopez de Heredia "Vina Gravonia" Rioja Blanco again.  It smells vaguely of truffles and will go well with the duck we're (probably) going to make.

@EBuzzMiller:disqus  It's not hard, per se, but like roast chicken, it can go spectacularly wrong if you get distracted and is pretty boring if not seasoned properly.
