I listened to it on the radio.  Humor-wise it was a very minor ha (and probably in poor taste if you're over the age of say, 50), but she wasn't saying anything objectionable.  One side wants me to hold an aspirin between my knees. The other doesn't.  Seems pretty simple to me.
