Oooh.  Usually I'd make straight up italian meringue, but this seems way easier. Have you tried adding booze?  I'm just curious if I could make it St. Germaine flavored.

I highly recommend Mouse Guard too.  It's beautifully illustrated and the story is a bit sad, but easy to follow.
