0:55! How far were YOU able to watch before shutting it off in disgust and/or boredom?

He should've been vaping.

The flipside to that is, I see all these movies on Netflix that I've never heard of otherwise, so it's kind of nice having a site that I trust (somewhat) do reviews of them so I can tell which ones aren't total anonymous garbage.

Funding, I'd guess.

That "Santaland Diaries" moment really stuck with me, too—at the time I read it I was working as a clerk in a bookstore, so I had a similar experience seeing every customer do the same dumb things.

"Yeah, hello? Uh, hi, sir…this is Frank's Exotic Animal Emporium calling…I think we've finally figured out what's wrong with your anaconda."

Yeah, that movie hits you over the head with all its subtlety.

Originally the Winston character was to have been a military type, but when they realized the part wasn't going to be played by Eddie Murphy, the role shrunk a lot and that stuff got cut out.

There's a strip club EVERYWHERE called 'Little Darlings." I'm actually more curious if it's a chain or if they're all named after the 1980 Matt Dillon/Tatum O'Neal/Kristy McNichol movie where a lot of dudes of a certain age saw their first naked breasts.

Don't forget "The Bell that Couldn't Jingle."

Whoa, I just realized Stephanie Mills was the woman who sang the theme song ("Bit by Bit") to Fletch.

While there's something to be said for Netflix creating their own "Breaking Bad" (prestige show with critical acclaim), what they really want to do is create their own "Two and a Half Men" (mindless shit that makes them tons of money).

If I remember the movie correctly, he should actually be run over by a bus, a steamroller, and the USC Trojans marching band.

He's playing Sully Sullenberger, isn't he?

Netflix Original

They should've gotten Ray Romano.

"Hardware Wars" or GTFO.
