I may have responded to the wrong comment above. To clarify, it sounds to me like he's being accused of sexual assault, sexual battery, AND rape. I guess sexual assault would be the easiest/most likely to prove in this case?

Sexual assault involves the threat of force. Battery is the actual force used. And for rape to have occurred, there needs to be actual penetration.
It was the yeast he could do.
That book has to be most kids' introduction to postmodernism, right?
Oh good! I've been curious what her dong looks like.
The cast needs to start doing cocaine again.
I feel like that's something Lorne used to do in the old days, when he knew who most of the musical guests were—he'd request they do an old hit, a deep cut, an unusual cover, or something to make it seem less like a calculated attempt to just boost sales of a new album.
There are giant spiders in Harry Potter, Return of the King, Tarantula!, Arachnophobia…and like everyone's nightmares, ever. That's what makes it a good reference!
You know what? I take it back. You clearly researched Cabin in the Woods, which is cool. I sure didn't notice the part about the Reaver from Firefly appearing in there, so good job.
Yeah, exactly. Most of those WEREN'T supposed to be references to one specific thing, but rather to horror tropes. We could probably scrape together a half-dozen obscure "evil scarecrow" movies (or whatever), which is the whole point—it's not that the filmmakers were such a fan of one in particular. Why not list…
Not to be "that guy," but it's the AV Club, so why not: This so-called "shot-for-shot" remake omits one Venkman/Dana scene from the original trailer: "Do you want this body?"/"Is this a trick question?"
Started watching Kolchak: The Night Stalker on Netflix, and was pleasantly surprised. The first episode is really funny; Darren McGavin's line deliveries are just a pure pleasure to listen to every time.
A teacher in junior high gave our class an assignment to write to somebody famous, and I picked (and got responses from) Bill Watterson and Charles Schulz. It kind of sparked something in me—finding out that you could actually get a reply just for taking the time to write a letter—so over the next few years, I reached…
"Reverse-Evil Dead encounter"? I can only hope this means somebody rapes a tree.
The thing about the comic strip market, pre-internet, was this: each bloated, soulless, dusty old legacy strip that continued to run in papers was actively preventing new voices like Watterson's from having their chance. I think all those years of submitting strips and getting rejected by the syndicates instilled some…
Question: what did people in your school call the clique or group of lower-income kids who maybe went to Vo-Tech part time? I am ashamed to admit that in my high school, they were referred to as "Cruds."
Oh man, they HAVE done that reconstruction, and I hate to tell you it looks like this: http://www.neatorama.com/20…
The problem with most comic actors who are, at one point, considered the "ultimate funny guy" is that they eventually slide into embarrassing material, overexposure, or just worn-out schtick. Murray was smart enough to course-correct in the late 90s when his career was starting to go down that path (Larger than Life,…
I say "sabotage!"
…And it's been closed since 2007.
