Mummenschanz
My mom dressed us kids as Mummenschanz for Halloween one year in the '70s. In rural Pennsylvania, no one knew who we were. I kind of wish I'd been a kid in the '90s, I would have trick-or-treated as a Blue Man (but it would have had to have been pre-"Arrested Development.")

If I didn't already watch "The Wire," I think that by now I'd be feeling like I was under siege: "OK, OK, OK, OK, OK, I'll watch the freakin' Wire." Can something still be considered underrated if it's mentioned in every thinking-celebrity profile? Or is this like the Velvet Underground's…
