Given the setup for Teddy, I was expecting a lot worse than just shoving a kid in the box, but still fun ep! Glad that they didn't make him an immediate creeper to June. Would have enjoyed seeing him come back from time to time.

It was actually nice to see ALL the regulars (leads & secondaries) of the show together one last time at the end of the last ep standing over Chloe. Because of the June 3rd Hulu expiration, I marathoned this "Bitch" last night,* Arrested Development style!** When I saw that was the last ep, I felt like I was gonna…
That last line sounds like something Chloe would say… (single tear)
Speaking of Lassiter growing as a character, really dug how he DOES view Shawn & Gus as enough of colleagues to begrudgingly invite them to his wedding, even though he tosses their invites haphazardly at them. Great moment!
I enjoyed the pre-mature, congratulative "come on son" & fist bump that Gus & Shawn shared when they though they talked the woman down, just before she surprise attached them! :D
But didn't they do, not exactly that, but a played down version of that for a big chunk of the series? I agree that Juliette and Shawn didn't necessarily HAVE to end up together, but honestly, the episodes prior to the break up didn't really focus on their couple-hood… to the point where I sometimes wondered why they…
Agreed. Whether that choice came from the script, the director or the actor, just a great, subtle comedic moment showing that Gus isn't the ONLY one who's confused by CBJ's career choices.
I dig that Gus is now in on the "fake Gus name" joke. On a related note, when did Gus stop being upset about all the fake names Shawn would give him. I'm sure that probably happened a while back, as it makes since that the writers AND actor would tire of "(Gus give Shawn dirty look)". I'm just curious as to when.
The ONLY downside to this ep was how easily the exec gave it up… but honestly the physical comedy in the scene contamination snowball alone makes you forget about any shortcomings.
Best. Review Disapproval. EVER.
It's too bad there's not an Emmy category for best comedy duo, because I don't think Roday & Hill get enough credit for their great chemistry together.
Favorite scene had to be the killer reveal in this episode. Not only did you get to see the murderer exposed in front of someone close to the victim (cheating fiance or not, it looked like the Mayor-elect took sincere satisfaction in knowing that his fiance's killer would be brought to justice), but the whole…
Agreed.
I like how Shawn asked him a couple of times though… and I have no doubt that if Gus DID do it, Shawn wouldn't hesitate to help him flee.
That's because Gus is a people person! He deals with the genital creme customers so the other pharmaceutical reps don't have to! DON'T YOU GET THAT?! What the hell is wrong with you people?!?! :D
Sincere congrats to him! He's KILLIN' it as Woody (pun intended), and I'm sure he gets way more screen time then was originally intended for the character because of how funny he is in the role.
"Get me Pietro Brosnano!" -Nobody
Don't you mean "rap-tirement"
…aaaannnd I just noticed you more or less said the same thing in response to gizmochimp. :D My bad for not bothering to go down two inches to read the entire thread!
Definitely a good fictional justification. On the non-fictional side, I imagine Steve Carell simply decided that a few choice lines (two… REALLY funny lines) was the perfect balance between A) being a part of Dwight's wedding, which is honest to the character, B) not stealing focus from the current cast, and C) not…
