Never really expected readers to change their minds. I'm just writing for myself and how I read the series. Can't really expect much more than that….

Ah, ok. See, I was thinking there was something I missed. But the connection between that scene and the explanation you cited, which is one I actually remember, felt too disjointed. So I didn't make the connection.

No, it's just an association I sincerely made because, as I wrote, we just saw Vincent moving in slow motion, too. As I wrote, it didn't make sense to me that Vincent was the woman. But still there was a connection. So I had my doubts and expressed myself that way.

Much appreciated, man. I enjoyed doing it. Mostly.

I agree with ToE on this one. Not enough of a strong, immediately developed parallel for my liking.

No, what I see as comic relief is what's being presented as comic relief. I understand what you're saying but I don't see that level of depth of character in this episode. In "Jamming with Edward," yes, but not here.

I don't like to foreshadow in these reviews because I think when discussing an episode's holistic importance, it's usually in relation to later episodes. So this episode's place in the series will come up later when the events in it are really dealt with. This episode struck me was a prelude to later stuff. And as for

1) That scene doesn't change the momentum of the series, tone or mood of the series, it sets up further changes. I say as much in my review ("By contrast, Faye’s subplot is just an enticing setup for future developments."). I don't consider that scene to be as pivotal as you do. It changes the dynamic of the series

That's a pretty interesting theory, Joe. I wish the show's writers had latched onto it some more. Because as it was presented in the episode, Appledelhi didn't really seem like much of a foil for Spike. Still, I like that interpretation.

No, not a single sentence. Because it didn't fit with the focus of what I wanted to talk about. But thanks for name-calling and complaining without saying anything other than, "Why didn't you write the review the way I wanted you to?!"

This is me biting my tongue.

If we do cover the movie, and I'd like to, I think it should go last.

Pfive: yes. Thank you.

Hey, man, I'm trying to get Todd to let me do it next week. Because I need the $$. But hey..uh…hey.

Because it's my job. What's your excuse?

You're welcome!

Yeah, I was wondering why they never even alluded to how Jet's arm was lost beyond the notion that Fad did it. Makes me wonder if there was a more graphic scene that they had to cut? Pure idle speculation though….

I love you, too.

I hate Simon Abrams anyway.

I made note of the first change. The second change is, as you just said, nitpicking.
