My company has donated labor and building materials for three of these pieces of crap, it's a strong arm tactic done by the builder:  "If you want to keep doing work on the rest of my houses, then you'll donate 10K on this one".  They are horrible for anyone who has to donate for them.  It doesn't hurt the 500 people…
