I really liked the end-game.  Landing in a ruined London, blowing up that reaper with that whatever-canon-thing, Shepard's goodbye to her squad mates, holding out against constantly-respawning banshees, and that final mad rush to that beam with Harbinger firing lasers in yo' face.
