If you happen to have Amazon Prime already, all of BTAS is available streaming, along with Superman TAS.

Rock on—I'll read that with great interest! I'm caught up now despite starting the series late and going a few weeks of missing out on that week's issue and having to pick it up the next… So the whole experience has been kind of stop-and-start, reading in chunks. A reread is a good idea; a recap even better.

Hey, thanks for reminding me about Pretty Deadly #7!

Yeah, I've really enjoyed B&R Eternal because of its focus on the idea of a Batman legacy that includes more than just the Robins, and—again, not having read it—by comparison the pitch of Robin War has seemed less inclusive and more limited in focus despite the whole "We Are Robin" movement being central.

I'll also be picking up B&R: Eternal and Patsy Walker #1, along with Daredevil #2 (didn't really like the new direction in #1, but willing to give it a shot for at least this issue) and Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur #2 (charming first issue, hoping that continues).

I don't know if it's personal preference for that glimmer of optimism, a matter of taste (for which, I'll remind you, there is no accounting), or some kind of musical Stockholm Syndrome induced by a childhood listening to Fridays With Frank and Sundays With Sinatra, but I had to give this one to Mr. Francis Albert.

As a precaution, I've ordered the Egyptian wing of the Springfield Museum destroyed.

Stewart downplaying his own holiday pitch was inspired.

Well now I'll never find out about that poison thing that lives in a shell that spikes you when you pick it up. If I visit Australia, AV Club, my inevitable death be upon your heads!

What, no mention of the Advent Calendar special feature from the DVD?

Updating, actually. This style manual must be out of date. I don't see "Prussia," "Siam," or "Ookla The Mok!"

So it's 00kl4 T3h M0k?

R.I.P. Salporin.

Thundarr.

AND NOW THERE REMAINS ONLY ONE FINAL QUESTION. HAVE YOU BEEN NAUGHTY… OR NICE?

Somewhere, in his heart of hearts, I think Grant Morrison would be pleased that you use him as the yardstick to measure the inexorable march of time.
