The reviewer got it wrong. The book was used to make the bullet. It is not in itself a god-killing weapon.

"How can I be a clone of Adolf Hitler when I look NOTHING like him?!"
I've never read the books nor seen the movie, but I am enjoying the wonderful verbosity of the series. I wasn't sure if I'd enjoy an adaptation of a children's book series, but I most certainly am. I'm certain there are churls who will fall all over themselves trying to out-hate the series, but as others have said…
I liked The OA. The OA provoked an emotional and intellectual response throughout the series which is the entire point of entertainment. A school shooting is a cheap trick? Whatever. The OA delivered something different, and that means a lot in our Xerox culture.
I have not read the book. This sprang right up into my all-time favorite movies. Bill & Ted directed by Sam Raimi? That about nails it.
Good reviews, but please have an editor do a pass on them.
That's what I'm wondering. The only question I have outstanding is how is it all going to play out, and that's what season three is for.
Thanks, Alex for the reviews! I don't always agree with them, but they do provide some excellent food for thought. Also, thanks to all of the commenters for the same reason!
I just watched Mulholland Drive for the first time. Staring into the abyss, and then showing it to us is Lynch's great talent. As much as I love Blue Velvet and Twin Peaks, Mulholland Drive really captured the whole "staring into the abyss" thing that Neitzche was on about.
Terrance Colby was at the swap meet? Walks through the frame after Mr. Robot walks off.
You're perhaps not in the correct reality. *stare*
Not enough w's, t's or f's in the world to do this episode justice. I have no idea what's going on, but I am completely enjoying the journey.
Mr. Robot wants what's inside the Back to the Future 2 case.
This episode really ratcheted up the tension on all fronts. I love how it answered all of who was knocking and prison questions then turned around and opened up a fresh barrel of WTF.
I'm not even going to read the review that gave this episode less than an A. Esmail is ON POINT. The safety locks have been released, and everything this show does great is 90 mph thatta way. Love the no-sleep FBI agent vs. the no-sleep Elliot. Not since the vastly under-rated Profit has there been such a nuanced,…
That was indeed Darlene at the fountain.
She's a vampire robot! *ominous music*
Good catch.
Yep. Lots of clues to support it.
Leon. "It's f*cking with his head." "It's f*cking with my head."
