While taking exception to your use of the word "gay" (because you seem to mean "lame" instead of "homosexual") I heartily endorse your comment. TDWP is a great band. Their work stands up to the best of Oh, Sleeper and Underoath and the rest of the greats.
Squarings was some of his greatest work. It was emerald Zen.
With Roots Above and Branches Below is a great album, and I endorse your comment for all the likes. From "Dez Moines" and "Assistant to the Regional Manager" to "Wapacolypse" and "Lord Xenu" the music is spot on. Even "Louder than Thunder," the chillest, most contemplative track, is gorgeous and perfect.
I'm guessing this means Milch and HBO are putting those Faulkner adaptations on hold?

This Immortal might be a good movie. If they could add more material/stretch some, Unicorn Variations would be super fun.
