This plus the shot of him through the window after Mark walks into his office to find a new canoe.

As far as Baron Cohen characters go…
I preferred Ali G

Some of those other names
Some of the names featured but crossed out:

One vote from me for Elizabeth Banks' delivery of "that's sad, Walter. Just sad" during Hot Box.

Blue Valentine
This film will wreck me

Worst show on British television
This is the antithesis of comedy. Right up there with The Catherine Tate Show and Little Britain.

What they said!

I also still tear up at the end of Planes, Trains and Automobiles and I'm not ashamed of it.

So…
Would Brass Eye qualify under the same criteria as all Sacha Baron Cohen material?

The trailer
The trailer did absolutely nothing to excite me or interest me. I can't get past the feeling that this is just going to suck. Still, I'll give it one shot even if I have no desire to see it again afterwards.

Whatever you do
Take heed of the guy with the microphone…

I figured I'd put this here cause it made me smile when I was reading it. Taken from the very first podcast with Damon + Carlton at the beginning of Season 2, when talking about knowing where the show is going:

I don't know if I necessarily bought it as Alpert being confused. To me he seemed slightly jaded by the whole experience. As if he's going through it again and he doesn't really have the energy to explain to Locke how stuff's supposed to happen.

Adventure theme
I sadly started singing along with the adventure theme when it started. It really got me psyched for the finale.

I'm with you on the fulfilling destiny call.

Finally
I really saw this!

For me in Tenenbaums it's - SPOILER - that little smile Royal gives Chas in the ambulance with the oxygen mask. Particularly after the "it's been a rough year, Dad" line a few minutes before.

Fuck yeah

Massive sigh of relief at my end when I saw the game of Risk untouched. Definitely wasn't in the mood for no alternative timelining at this stage.
