I actually didn't love last week's issue (the backstory was all pretty by-the-numbers) but damn if I didn't get tingles with Oppenheimer's plans. This series is just absurdly good.

He's a mess!

Wow, that's a rough one @avclub-e49e826927ca867982b6f4bfd06402e9:disqus. I hope things turn around for you.

Yeah, I'm letting my neuroticisms get in the way again… I dunno, people are confusing. Appreciate y'all letting me babble.

I guess I'm just a bit lost… I don't want to be one of those guys who just does the whole "you're hot…wanna make out?" I feel like that's not going to work on the girls that I actually want to date. So you acknowledge something that y'all have in common, and that starts up a conversation, and that just spirals. I

Are you really? I thought the important thing was to get to know one another first, before you went out (of course, I'm notoriously terrible at fist dates, so this may be the reason). I don't feel comfortable meeting up with someone if I don't know them first.

I was half-convinced it was Starburns.

Stupid shit you've done lately thread:

sacrosant

I'm still working on it now - I started a couple weeks ago, and I've got about four episodes to go. I'd have never heard of it without Todd - so glad I picked it up on a whim.

That cage-dress is amazing - although I'm not sure what the deal is with Romeo's outfit. He looks like he's auditioning for Metropolis.

Doesn't everyone do that? It's one of those songs that just lends itself to a weird narrative.

Yeah, expand on the ridiculousness.

My roommate (female) has an OKCupid, and I'm pretty sure those guys just message every woman in a hundred mile radius with a copypaste. It's kinda funny and kinda sad.

Ooh, congrats! Hope everything works out.

@avclub-cfe912f5cb3aa572bd1c9ae2a9b82207:disqus (or anyone, really), want to, er, review my review of Amour? First film review I've ever written, and I'm curious what you clever people think of it.

Not sure if it counts as creative, but I get to interview Krieger from Archer later this week for the school paper! I'm so excited and nervous - I've never inerviewed someone I was a fan of before.

@avclub-f9b554447a1f37dbb63e6a1ae72c3829:disqus Eh, I feel bad saying… I didn't put it in the article or anything, so I don't think it's appropriate to say.

The whole Lilith Fair fascinates me; I just did an interview with another woman who got big-ish through Lilith Fair, and when I mentioned feminism, she was shocked that that even stil existed. I'm a bit young to have been there, but wasn't that kind of the point?

@avclub-323ca7b091beb1b26cc7a2612f1475d5:disqus "not the it though" ?
