I believe all of Coburn's scenes from the theatrical cut are all intact in the Straight Up: Director's cut. The only difference is when he calls Bronson it's the voice of Sally Kellerman who talks to him, not Kris Kristofferson.

No. But there is a scene where an innocent woman who he has gagged accidentally dies because (unknown to Parker) she had asthma. He feels guilty for about a millisecond and then returns to the job at hand.
