That's true, I had forgotten about some of FC2's better qualities. The combat in that game is intense in a good way, but it's just too difficult when literally everyone in the world is trying to kill you. Also, travel was just too time-consuming.

Far Cry 2 was a singular experience and it offered a lot of freedom, but I just can't bring myself to play it again. It's just…too unforgiving, too difficult. I prefer Far Cry 3 just because it's more fun, and I think the gunplay is a lot more fluid.
I'm all for experimenting with the narrative, but the opening crawl is iconic and it doesn't really affect the rest of the movie a great deal. There's no reason to not put it in.
Um, Superior Spider-Man was awesome?
Whenever Morph's not on-panel, all the other characters should be asking "Where's Morph?"
I definitely think pacing is important when you're playing a game (and when you're reading a book, too). You don't want to burn out too early, especially when the game is huge.
JOHN CARPENTER'S THE THING? I'LL TAKE IT, PRETTY AWESOME MOVIE.
Capturing all the outposts in Far Cry 3 is the funnest part of the game. It's very exciting to devise a new plan of attack each time, and equally satisfying to stealth it up or go in with guns blazing. I think that's the biggest strength of the game.
FUCK DENGAR GIVE ME DESTROYAH.
Ned Stark is definitely dead. He's already rotted into bones.
Well…most of my EU knowledge comes from video games (I'm sure others can name a bunch of books and comics that would be good). I think Knights of the Old Republic could be made into a great movie or series.
The Star Wars universe is pretty much perfect for smaller side stories that don't have to relate to some huge conflict but still have a lot of excitement. So, there's a lot of great opportunities, but it looks like Disney will be using this chance to tell dumb origin stories.
Well, maybe CONSPICUOUS so much as fortunate.
Godzilla 2000 deserves inclusion for that ending alone:
Oh, Japan! You think they would have learned how to deal with all these kaijus by the early 90s!
Hey, I've been been to that theater! They were showing some awesome David Lynch movies earlier this year.
True, Ewan McGregor was a pretty good Obi-Wan…
