Ignore him.
Ignore him.
This is weird to say, but by chance I've seen three of Klaspich's movies—Paris, When the Cat's Away, and L'Auberge Espagnole, the first one of this series. And WOW, what a middle of the road director. It's disappointing that this film doesn't rise that much above the first entry, which is unmemorable and mildly…
I really liked Call of Duty 2 and then Modern Warfare back in the day, but I don't know how anyone can still be into the series now, with every entry basically being a Madden-style yearly game. It's incredibly stale.
I'd say Blue Velvet is the most straightforward of his weird movies.
"I like how they're tailored to the team I root for based on which geographically-local network I watch the game on."
Hey, that's tenuously related to the subject at hand! Cool.
If you like Avatar, that's a dealbreaker. Man, what a shitty movie. If you're looking for a James Cameron movie to love, why not Terminator 2? Or Aliens? Everybody can love Aliens. Aliens is awesome.
"My my, here come the fuzz…"
Hey, that's the first time Eric Rohmer has been mentioned in the same breath as Friedberg and Seltzer!
Hey, that episode had Nathan Fillion in it!
I agree, "Expose" is a great standalone episode.
This is not basically Gotham Central.
The A.V. Club
Well, the whole episode is definitely not in real time. But the chunks of it that are were pretty damn good.
I look forward to reading that!
He certainly does. It says a lot that the only one worth remembering is After Hours, which is certainly an awesome movie.
It's a super-fun game. All of the map designs are great.
2 House 2 Devil
Yes, because old video game franchises never get resurrected. I can dream.
Noooooooo.
