He was darling in Vicar of Dibley, although Owen was supposed to be a goat-fucking weirdo. He was so funny and had such a great face.

Girlonguy is not my favorite podcast, but that episode is a treat. It's a bunch of stories about Adam Reed and Aisha Tyler getting drunk together.

The interesting scene with Stahl was the one where Paul accused her of being genetically enhanced, and she didn't deny it.

Skinny jeans + sagging waist-band = (for real, you probably don't even believe this is happening if you haven't seen it with your own eyes) apocalypse.

I'm really enjoying all the parts of this show that isn't the detectives investigating the crime. Do I like procedurals or do I hate them? I don't even know anymore.

But we used to make that joke about Ethiopian food in the 80s, and then it turned out that Ethiopian food is the fucking best.

The way she kept trying to spear it with her plastic fork made me laugh out loud.

To be fair to the show and Sudanese food, Boyle probably ordered the most authentic, least newbie-friendly thing the restaurant had to offer.

Also…what do actual British people do? There's got to be a secret British AV Club somewhere. No way they're just making do with Tumblr and the Guardian comment sections until the rest of the AV Club catches up with them.

I think that might depend on what you're into; the cases have been kind of whatever, but the character stuff has been fun as hell. For the one and a third episodes I've seen so far, anyway.

Speaking of the Fun David Mitchell, I'm finding Ambassadors hard to pirate, anyone know if hulu or somebody is going to pick up that series?

Knowing she had her mom in her corner probably made Adalaide a smoother operator in those early days. She lost her mom and her powers in a short space of time, so she— what am I doing right now? You're right. I know you're right.

I hate every single thing that happens in the first episode (ike, argh, that maid I hate is back! Rose! That guy doesn't sound American at all! Thomas is a shadow of a cartoon of himself!!) but I was weirdly happy to be watching DA again. God help me, I love watching this stupid, stupid show.

I honestly, swear to god, thought Moseley was going to go into business selling italian ices and it would be about the end of fuedalism and the rise of, I don't know, something, and then I was like, whatever I don't know history.

He saw it. He looked disturbed and then when Juliette asked him why he looked disturbed he covered it up by moving a suitcase.

I sure hope she's a wesen, because otherwise she's going to die tragically. I'm also hoping that they aren't moving her into the cast to make up for a future death. All these fun dinner parties with two happy couples and Hank is making me so paranoid.

The fact that I have no idea what the hell's going on with the Royal/Resistance plot makes the whole thing feel more European to me.

I listened to a couple of these and I really like it, I think. My Spanish is…not great. Thanks for suggestion!

I've always been way harsh towards Juliette, and I agree that she was pretty useful last night.

I'm actually surprised he didn't get any network notes about that.
