Eli. Extremely. Lactose. Intolerant.

It's over. Slayer had an incredible run, from self-financing their first
record on Metal Blade to metal megastar status. Gary Holt can be
thanked for his services to Slayer and continue to make mediocre music
with his lousy vocalist in Exodus and Slayer can proudly retire, knowing
they did it their way, all the way.

Goon. Goon, Goon, Goon, Goon, Goon.

"A lot of bands retooled themselves to cash in on the hair metal boom.  I expect a lot of them seriously regretted it a few years later.'

They never did get to share the stage with Bathory… how unfortunate.

"…so what else was I gonna do on a Saturday night?" Hmm… was USA "Night Flight" still on at the time? I recall that the singer for Ned's wore a loud,long-sleeved orange shirt.

"…Spartacus hits that part of my heart that remains from  my dufus teenage metalhead years." Agreed. I feel the need to blast Dark Angel or early Testament during every battle sequence.

Dorsia.

Dorsia.

This album and Swans "The Seer." Best albums of 2012.
