Baby Blue. It was indeed amazing.

Searching through things on YouTube I've come across a song with both Action Bronson and Chance the Rapper, and it is excellent.

That's too bad that there aren't any good R&B things out there. I've gotten into some..Gosh I don't know what you'd call it, not neo-soul, but..throwback soul? Stuff like Sharon Jones and St. Paul and the Broken Bells, and this fellow I stumbled on named Leon Bridges who is incredible. But I was hoping for some cool,

Any suggestions for new/recent stuff? R&B stuff would also be awesome.
I have no idea where to go online to read about Hip-Hop/R&B/MoBO stuff, and I would love to hear some new music.

I think it probably does, yes. Brooke Shields (I know it's random, I can't think of another example off the top of my head) had one heck of a stage mother as well.

It sort of is, which is unfortunate. But there's also this:

This is unfortunately, pretty accurate of 'preschool cartoons' (I have a toddler and have pretty much seen all of the animation that comes on PBS), but there are some cute ones out there that won't make you want to run out of the room screaming.

And now there's a stupid Barnes and Noble there :(

And then the Cooper Theater was right down the street!

I couldn't agree more, on all points! I really like this read on Zoey.

I have to disagree with one of the criticisms of this episode in the review. It seems this show can't win sometimes: if it focuses on, let's say, the reaction of others to an interracial relationship, then it's 'playing the race card' and using the fact of race to try to add something new to the 'dad hates his

My favorite moment in this was the Russian journalist likening the U.S. victory to a man boasting about kissing Sophia Loren. Masterful shade.

Thanks for the insightful response! I don't take it personally when/if folks fall asleep in class, for the most part, especially during midterms week, etc. If it's disruptive, I may make a general comment.

Another thing to go with a lot of really good, anecdotal advice here: be sure to work 'toward' any assignments you have, whenever possible, rather than working 'back' to them. Simply, it is almost always better to begin working on an assignment right away than it is to, say, make a note of the due date and then start

You think sitting there listening to lectures is tough-try preparing them! It is extremely tough to do. I won't even get into how frustrating it can be to look out and see folks sleeping..

I have to agree with this. I missed the first part of the episode and therefore had no idea that there would be no elimination! So I did spend significant parts of the episode wondering how the person sent home would feel to be eliminated with a family member as a partner in the challenge.

Am I mis-remembering the song as Donna Summer's 'She Works Hard for the Money' vs. Gloria Estefan? If so, I feel a little silly humming that while doing chores every now and then.

I think for folks that don't play computer games at all, let alone MMO's, WoW isn't going to be a timesink. They'll have no sense of endgame, especially now that the level cap is 100. I did an open demo for a class once, and it was fascinating to watch folks who'd never played a modern game (it was mostly professors).

WoW is free to play until level 10 and is definitely staying-it's got a simple but fun opening sequence once you create your character, and students always get a kick out of seeing each other's avatars. The class system is easy to figure out. Also, it's the only persistent game world game on the list, so it's a nice

Nah, I don't think it would be. To be honest I haven't played it in years-perhaps I should..
