Yes, in a small part, if I remember correctly.

I lived in Indiana for a few years and still go back to visit a friend there every once in a while, but I didn't live in Indy - so, I don't know if this is being nitpicky or not, but the restaurant is St. Elmo, not St. Elmo's.

I'm sick of ribeye. It was my favorite steak for a while (mainly because this one bistro I went to had an incredible ribeye), but, man, there's a reason why filet mignon is normally the most expensive - it's a better damn steak, in general, than ribeye.

I ate lunch there before a Bengals/Colts game, and had drinks there afterward. I had NY Strip sandwich, which was damn good, but I can't speak for the "real" steaks. Though, on a subsequent visit to Indy, I ate their sister restaurant next door, Harry & Izzy's, and my peppercorn encrusted NY strip was damn good,…

I don't think Archer is great either, but I dislike most of Adam Reed's stuff (save the first season or two of Sealab), so I'm surprised you like Frisky Dingo and not Archer. I'm not an expert on either one, but they've always seemed relatively similar to me - self-centered playboy secret agent/self-centered playboy…
Wait, why would I want to become more immersed in media? I hate how much time I waste watching TV and on this website already.
Eh. Right above you say how, if you saw it in your early 20's, you would've laughed at its attempts at being edgy and dangerous. So, don't act like my points are without validity.
I know what you're saying, but I can't help but think that your and other peoples' semi-defense of the movie (in the responses to my comment, at least) all seem to me just varying levels of being apologetic towards a mediocre-at-best movie.
Hey ASSHOLE what makes you think you can bring my fucking GRANDMOTHER into this?
It's true. I constantly disappoint friends of mine by admitting how little punk/hardcore/etc I listened to as a skateboarder in my youth.
I'll defer to Scrawler's expertise. Yeah, man, he was a total teen heart throb around the time this came out. Between this and Heathers (which came out a few years before), how could he not be?
He's like half Thomas Lennon, half Joe Lo Truglio, half face lift.
I was kind of hoping this show would be good, but, yeah, it was pretty unremarkable. Maybe it'll get better? I don't care too much.
I did not try to call that phone number because I am not fat. Also, I am intelligent so I don't call phone numbers from TV shows.
Oh fucking hell. No actual "outcast" (and this is before nerds/geeks/wads had the internet and/or autism for comfort) needed this kind of bullshit to feel vindicated. Ooh, pretty boy keeps it real and sees tits! This is about as punk as my old, angry Republican grandmother.
Bunk wasn't great, but it could make me laugh here and there. At the very least, I give it some credit for realizing that improv comedy, in general, works better as a short-form comedic style.
Marc Maron?
