"RIP Dr. Chilton"

That's by a large margin the most emotional tinnitus has ever made me…

I hadn't seen the description of the video till after I posted when I went to share it with someone. Amended my post about the same time you replied! I wish that's been mentioned in the bullet point.

That was a completely jaw-dropping pair of episodes. Also, that upcoming episode clip is bananas, can't wait to see the full thing. Finn has both arms in it? I took the flower growing instead of his arm coming back to mean that they were going to stick with him being one-armed for quite a while (forever?) but maybe

Slim yes, hot, sure. Straight? Show hasn't said one way or another. I think Fuller, as a gay man, is more than aware of representation issues and such. I don't think he'd alter that particular detail without a REALLY good reason.

Correct. They referred to him in the present tense in the episode but I could see that being interpreted other ways. In fact, when I mentioned that in another comment here, a few people said the same. Fuller's been… cheeky/cagey about it till that tweet. This is the first time he's said right out unambiguously that

I would be SO COMPLETELY DOWN for a musical episode of Hannibal.

I could hear Bryan Fuller cackling when that line got said.

Fuller said on twitter that he's "going to be just fine." I kind of feel like we won't see him again until next season though. But he lives!

Will pulled the trigger, Hannibal got his finger in the way in time.

Nope. My current theory is that he's going to keep being awful to Margot and she's going to tell Hannibal that she plans to murder him and as Hannibal said in this episode… He'll … "act to prevent" the murder. I flip flop on whether I think this will be used as a test for Will.

Yeah, I definitely feel the similarity. They share a certain kind of abstraction and favor of tone over melody. Where they differ is the instrumentation. Greenwood stuck to strings and stuff on that one. Brian Reitzell is just going completely nuts in terms of choice of instrumentation and somehow nailing it pretty

"Is your social worker in that horse?" [Laughs.]" — Our Glorious Leader

Waiting for a fan video set to Katy Perry - Dark Horse…

It's real and it's SPECTACULAR.

As I said to some people on another forum: It's like AXN saw some hannibal crackvids on tumblr and thought "You know what, that's what our real ads should be."

Ennnnnnnh. That seems like a real stretch. The specific line is "Chilton has many victims besides the dead." I could see "has" referring to the living victims if the "besides the dead" wasn't also included.

I actually didn't put together that they were a metaphor for Hannigram until the social worker was standing over Peter with a bloody hammer. And oh, man, the feels. Especially when Will puts together how similar the two situations are.
