The rarest NY fan is the Jets/Yankee combo since the entitlement of Yankee fans means they would never be able to be Jets fans.  Growing up any Yankee fan I new was either a Giants fan, or rooted for the Cowboys.

I am thankful every year for not being a Jets fan (nothing against them, but since my other teams are Mets, Knicks and Rangers that is just a burden too much).

I'm not going into the season with big hopes (though they the last few times that happened they won the Superbowl).  The offence will be fine (with the usual Eli domination through October than doing all the dumb things in November) but I'm not seeing this defense as being better than last years which was not that…
