Wiggum's press conference is also great, with the press delighted at his being mauled.

The Smartline scene is just the best:

Asleep at the switch? I wasn't asleep. I was drunk.

Well, for sure Big Mike doesn't have the money (he pretty much lives in a junk yard) and I don't think that it would make sense for them to go asking Frankie's parents since I don;t see Mike as being the kind of guy to wan to do that.  I thought the issue was like Will points out, not to give in to his pestering them,

I just finished The Passage a few days ago, and about to start the new Preston & Child piece of fluff (need something to read as I wait on my order of The Twelve from the library).

I believe they write the story and how they want things to progress, but not what the actors have to say, which is why they need people who are good at improv since they can;t know what Chase is going to do or say.  Unfortunately this season the actors don't seem to be doing all that good a job at that part or at

Mr. Burns: Oh right, he's dead… and rather pungent. The rest of that night is something I'd like to forget.

I love the shotgun firing off screen after Homer throws it aside when telling Marge about it in the morning.

Ah, let him go.  I have the feeling we'll meet again, each and every week. Always in more sexy and exciting ways.

Vera said that?

The weirdness they throw into this show every so often is great, like how they had the random throwaway gag of the revamped Sheila's Pets having Buckethead in it.

he established early in the season that Lilly's dad has been sticking around as a nanny type position.

Godspeed, little doodle.
