Yeah, The final act (if you will) does kind of just drift away. Anansi Boys is really the only Gaiman I've read that I didn't feel that way about.

I think Patrick Warburton would make a good Shadow.
Richard Ayoade is Anansi. Fuck, if they ever (EVER) make Anansi Boys into a movie, the only person that can play Charlie Nancy is Richard Ayoade. Matt Berry plays his boss.
If Tom Waits is not cast as Mr. Wednesday then this will be a complete failure.
Go home society, you're drunk.
This feels like a joke. Like a Mitchell and Webb skit.
Oh yes, this is true. And if there was a show that was putting it in a spotlight without explicitly calling it on the shit it is I would be saying the same thing.
I swear to fucking God. This, this shit right here, makes me hate football. This shit right here makes me hate this fucking macho-culture. This shit right here. Fuck these people, fuck them all.
This is the worst idea. The absolute worst idea I have ever heard.
I've literally just pictured Dylan Moran. Black Books Dylan Moran.
I swear to God, Fliff Night - is the greatest thing ever.
Merriweather isn't in DC. Columbia is closer to Baltimore.
The Birthday Song is easily one of my favorite skits in recent memory. Bill Brasky is just amazing.

This makes me sad. I rather liked Up All Night. I found it rather genuine. Of course, being a 29 year-old newly wed I am kind of directly in the cross hairs of this show's target demographic. Was it broad and not exactly "thought-provoking"? Sure. But it is still rather endearing.

That's nice. I mean I was a big Dave Matthews fan in middle and high school, sort of evolved out of it but still like the older stuff. I do trust the person behind this when he says that the proceeds go to charity so yay for them I guess.
