Hey Lurky, both my grandmothers have/had late-onset Alzheimer's. I've done a fair bit of research on the disease and I just want to tell you that while late-onset has a genetic component there are things you can do to fight back.

If you like Scott Thompson you should know that he does stand up in Toronto pretty frequently. I've recorded the sets he's done on my show and released them on my podcast (episodes 30 and 41) if any of you fine folks are interested.
