I disagree WHOLEHEARTEDLY. The american version is inferior for three reasons:

I used to get paid by Paramount to do this exact same stuff, even as far back as 1999, when they paid me to go into AOL chatrooms and brag about the South Park film. At that time, getting $20/hour to go into the "herpes in arizona" room and quote cartman jokes was a pretty good gig.

It's not nearly as graphic as the review makes it out to be, except for two scenes, one pictured in the article that is rather violent at the end, and another involving a bunny trap. But the movie has this pervasive dread that is definitely more stressful for adults to watch than for kids, when you're a kid you dont…

After the fatuous, vacuous wank that was last week's Fall Out Boy hatesong, which seriously made me question the value of this entire series, it's nice to get some good stuff again with a thoughtful, righteous piece like this.

A lot of directors have taking issue with that book, as entertaining as it is. Spielberg said almost nothing written about him in it is true, but who knows.

Agreed with those punks. It's like two seperate bands, and how disappointed I was when the reunion featured the music of the second more than the first.
