I remember going to a "spoof-fest" show in town a ways back (local bands doing sets as famous bands…good time) and a local prog band did tool. Complete with singer painted blue head to toe and their videos projected in the background…remade with lego figures. Epic.

That's OK. There are a lot of US bands that are really good that are much bigger in the UK than the US.

Yeah, people can argue all they want about the decade with the best music, I think the 90's wins hands down just for variety of new styles alone.
