Thanks to these shows I was able to pass up quite a few houses while looking a while back. It seems a lot of people are now into crappy do-it-yourself renovations before they try to sell. Cheap particle board  fixtures and crappy wall patching do not make me want to pay more for a house. Especially when you are

@avclub-75e43c12ef9f1cfdaeae92ca6fa90640:disqus  You mean the band, right???

@avclub-22eda830d1051274a2581d6466c06e6c:disqus  He'll go down in flames. Mostly from his shirt, of course.

He's cool to watch on the show, but you don't want to be like that in your 50's. That's the kind of guy you get sick of hanging around after a short while.

Storage Whores: Sometimes you really do need to store a bag o' dicks.

PUPPIES!!!!

One Foxworthy bomb would silence an entire nation.

If you think that's wierd, what's up with her leg?

Darkhorse choice is something off of "Perverse" by Jesus Jones. Actually a pretty good album.

He did probably end up fitter, happier and more productive.

Didn't they both come out about the same time? Or was that "Ladies and Gentlemen we are floating in space" by Spiritualized that I'm thinking of….

@avclub-00b5f80238003a864880fe7d05293d64:disqus  You could not be more right. Saw them open for coldplay (apparently the bands are old friends) and just thought "yep, this is why America's taste is in the toilet" when I had to explain to people around me that the band was named Elbow, and they are really really good.

Yep. That one thing. That's the thing that does it. Nevermind the "other stuff"…

I lost a lot of interested women with my hardline stance of "Dave Matthews Band totally blows". At least I still have my integrity. And a wife.

Lyrics that fratboys quote while they slip you a roofie.

I've found myself liking County much better than Country. I don't know if it's a matter of flow and material, or if DVK just makes it that much better by breaking in now and then.

Like when those stand-up[ comics Letterman and Leno wanted to be on TV shows. How'd that work out for 'em???? Serves 'em right. Scallywags.

Funniest part of the Corolla podcast this week was the Dana Gould/Greg Fitzsimmons duo. Especially when they played the clip of the reporter doing the grape crushing and making fun of the sounds she was making.

I fast forwarded Hardwick's Nerdist intro to get to Maron's intro this week.
