No, Dr. Robuttnik. I'm just a monster don. I do monster things.

"As always, we request that you stay tuned."
What? We're NOT going to remain cautiously optimistic?

GIRLS ARE EXCHANGING ANAL SEX FOR OXYCONTIN
Where were these girls when I was in college? I mean, I only graduated a year ago!

Yeah, I've been living in Rio for the past 7 months. When I arrived, I had only ever read Portuguese. I had heard it spoken a lot, but had never spoken it myself. It took a good 3 months before I felt comfortable with conversation composing responses on the spot. Like Kidhaver said, the slang alone is a pain in the

FALHAR DUM EPICO

Ha muitos falantes de portugues neste site? Achei que eu fui o unico.

*When I read my first Jeph Loeb script,

Has anybody here ever read a Jeph Loeb script? Jeph Loeb's scripts are very interesting for one reason. They have barely any dialogue. Dialogue was notedly lacking in fight scenes. What the fight scenes DID have, however, were notes from Loeb to the artist. They usually are just encouragements telling the artist that

The sentence "HEROES' Milo Ventimiglia makes a brief cameo as "'Rick Rape." just sold me on this movie.

The Shadow
I fucking love The Shadow! Andy Helfer/Bill Sienkiewicz/Kyle Baker comic (as well as the Howard Chaykin miniseries) that DC put out is in my top 5 favorite comic book runs of all time. The series that followed it, THE SHADOW STRIKES!, impressed me much less. Is there anybody familiar with these two series

Also, he wrote a pretty kick-ass Iron Man story in terms of the technological aspects of the character. Besides Warren

Senator Clay! I need money for my dying chihuahua's medication!

@Zuul

I realize that Spiegelman is incredibly self-loathing, but I felt that it was self-absorbed and incredibly obnoxious of him to complain about his own problems when he got to live a relatively quiet suburban childhood in Long Island while his parents had to survive death camps. I think his suffering pales in comparison

One of my friends recently lent me the first 200 issues of Hellblazer. I don't have time to read them all, just the gems. Any recommendations?

My favorite wacky Punisher moment is when Frank uses Spider-man as a human shield against The Russian. When Spidey starts regaining consciousness and asks, "What—What happened?", Frank's reply of "We had a team-up. You were great." still cracks me up every time.

Maus bothers me because I don't like the way Art Spiegelman comes across as a human being. Whenever he injects himself into the comic, it just comes off as him whining. "WAAAH WAAAAH! MY PARENTS WENT THROUGH THE LIFE-THREATENING PROFOUNDLY DISTURBING EXPERIENCE OF WITNESSING GENOCIDE FIRSTHAND, BUT LOOK HOW IT MESSED

@tropeofmonkeys

I thought Quesada did the art on Peter David's first X-Factor run?
