"Anyone could miss Canada, all tucked away down there."

Once when I was in my 20s, I made a trip to the grocery store where the only things I bought were:
Frozen burritos
Coffee
Toilet paper

Thank you Neil Hamburger.

The fact that Otto says "you know" both at the beginning AND the end of the sentence turns it into pure poetry.

Ned, have you ever though about one of the other major religions? They're all pretty much the same.

"That's a half-truth!"

I remember friends of mine who got their own apartment in high school. Their kitchen had four edible items: eggs, bread, jam, and beer.

I quite like "Best In Show"

I have kind of a meta-question: I've "like"d probably about a third of the comments here. I didn't mean to get carried away, but when it comes to classic-era Simpsons, so many of the comments make me laugh out loud. Am I demeaning the "like" function by using it too much?

I love when Homer is accidentally very blunt. Like in another episode when he's like, "Wasn't that the problem, Moe? That we were your only customers? You didn't have any other customers, right, Moe? Maybe it would help if we made a list of all your mistakes starting at the beginning."

"I sleep in a big warm bed with my wife." LOL

But rereading these comments, I am reminded that there were many great lines in this episode. I guess it all goes to show that for approximately Seasons 3 to 8, the bar was set very high.

"Well, that's nitpicking, isn't it?"

Homer called it "soda" and not "pop". Can we take that as a clue about where Springfield is?

Agreed. Not quite as good as other classic episodes from right around the same time. Still pretty funny though.

I don't want to defend Tracy Morgan's remarks, but I will say that being the kind of person he is, one can interpret his remarks as random or meandering or stream-of-consciousness, something he almost didn't remember saying right after saying it. At least if one wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt.

I'm lizzing!

I think one of these awards shows should be hosted by Eddie Murphy doing his 1980s impression of Bill Cosby's impression of Eddie Murphy.

Reluctantly "like"d. What's happening to me?
