I bet they will study recent Al Pacino dramas to get a sense of yelling really angrily for no reason.

I disagree. Had the movie been honest about a major plot point, gotten good-great reviews, + prob a nom for Bigelow, it could have really had the chance to become a classic. Instead, it will be The Hurricane. Ever notice how no one ever mentions that movie anymore? Not even Denzel? Because nothing makes film…
The day all of the episodes come out is gonna be so cluster-fucked. I'm hoping in a good way.
The underwater submarine song has grown on me, but it's nowhere near the quality of Sexyback/Like I love You/Crying about Britney etc.. Just goes to show you how terrible the mainstream music scene is right now. The only competition JT has is Bruno Mars who has a terrific live voice, but producing wise can't compete…
Scientology = repackaged Tony Robbins self help.
I don't know why I can't stand her… but she is so annoying. Just me?
Part of me doubts the transition from stage to screen for a show like Book of Mormon. The fun of the musical is that the Mormons are basically acting like musical theater fanboys on 10 cups of positivity coffee for the entire show. I don't know if it will translate too well on screen. Nevertheless, in Parker and Stone…
Timbaland stopped giving a shit years ago.
Just me or does the song sound like it was made underwater? Getting that "Under the Sea" vibe. With the xylophones and that odd beat that sounds like someone is deep sea diving the whole song.
the whole show is on youtube. highly recommend it.
I hated the ending. The mental illness aspect completely disappeared for the last 30 minutes of the film, especially when it is such a focal point for the first half of the movie. Worst of all was that preposterous exposition scene where everyone in the cast gathers round the house to make the final bet. Nevertheless…

The ending really helps the movie (if you can manage to get there). Better than I expected. But it's clear that after he tinkered with the script, Will put all his energy/preparation into After Earth.

"I’d pick Hugh Jackman for Best Actor in Les Misérables, but mostly because I feel a sense of pleasure anytime I see him onscreen." - Claire Zulkey
Is Zulkey a name of Australian descent?
If the last 3 years are any indication, Ben may very well have his own statue in Boston when he dies. While Matt Damon will be remembered as, "The co-writer of Ben's first great movie". Never seen such a strange shifting in celebrity power.

His albums are one thing. But people gotta watch his MSG concert for the FutureSex/Love Sounds tour. No other pop performer comes close to him live today.
