OMG.. True Detective fan fiction?? slash??

Thyme heals all wounds…

One thing.. that woman going on and on about "death is not the end" and Rust took note. Perhaps it fits with his theory of flattened time. I get a feeling of horrible burgeoning blackness growing in during this series and it won't end well. Perhaps it never does end. The victims, all of us, are doomed to Sisyphean

What was the pattern in the lawn? My husband thinks it was in the shape of the symbol Rust had in the storage unit and that was a tattoo on Dang Lange… Anyone agree?

It was a horror movie cliche, but it was well done

I think they'd have to hospitalize me…..

"If you get the opportunity you should kill yourself" - One of the most honest pieces of advice I've already heard… and so totally horrific.

Ha!

Except he didn't ….

I've already gotten at least five people to watch all the episodes of "Getting On" that are in existence (five ..so far) I cannot praise this show enough. I have worked in hospitals and extended care facilities as an intern and this is the first medical show that didn't have me rolling my eyes with the inaccuracies.

When the staff reacted to the smell of the homeless patient I found myself holding my breath and intermittently only breathing through my mouth. I worked in many facilities such as this throughout my residency and this was soooo familiar … and moving.

Too much music…. too few ears….

I know the characters and comedy were a bit broad, but I enjoyed Alpha House. The first few moments with Bill Murray's cameo were amazing and the trip to Iraq was great as well. Don't get me started John Goodman ironing his shirt… (I won't go into details but the imaginary smell still makes me gag)

I loved Funeral …. Still the best IMHO

Is there anyone who hasn't seen this movie? anyone???

Psychedelic Furs, Adam Ant, Flock of Seagulls … I may not have had the best taste as a teen in the 80's but these guys bring me back… still :-)

I found this episode particularly bland and ignorable… with the notable exception of Maddow who was, well, Maddow.. so she was great.

That reminds me. I still have to watch "Moon." I know it's supposed to be great but it sounds ultra-creepy/depressing.

I got the red hair dye so I'm in (I think I'll do "The Man who Fell to Earth"/Low cover not Ziggy or Aladdin) :-)
