The school was named "Southwest Texas State" when they filmed the movie here. I think a bored alumnus with an awful sense of humor and a lot of extra money decided it would be hilarious to change the school name to "Texas State" to match the movie.

The biggest problem I had when I first started making bread was over-heating the water, which kills the yeast. The water has to be exactly between 100 and 110 degrees. I have one meat thermometer dedicated solely to my bread-making. You could also use a candy thermometer if it shows degrees and not just the candy…
