I see your point, but I think Charlotte did more good than harm.  She's a female comic relief character (not too common in Disney), she has a friend of a different race and social class (a little bit of an eyeroll for adults maybe, but for kids she could be considered a good role model), and she sacrifices her own…

It wasn't as good as I wanted it to be, but I knew I had a budget.  I might do something a bit different with the same wig and facepaint for the other Halloween parties I'm going to. Also, definitely not fully painting myself again. It's been 2 days and 2 long showers and I still have grey elbows.

You don't have to comment about it like that.  I don't feel like I did much of interest pop-culture wise either.  You could talk about what was best about SNL reruns after rewatching and what you think of the cast, ect.  Sorry that you feel bummed out though.
