I didn't even know when the parties were happening in high school. I feel like this is a pop culture construct, the idea that the 'big parties' are common knowledge. If there was a popular kid party, I certainly wasn't on the guest list, and Annie wouldn't be either.

I was mostly fine with all of it, except Annie's story, which was just wrong, IMO. I know we've all been making up our own Annie origin story for four seasons now, and there are quite a few things that are generally accepted in our fandom, so those things definitely coloured my opinion - but this was just weird. Annie

I'm with you. I think the hate comes from people who are irritated by AMC's choices, honestly.

His stand up special is one of my favourites. Worth a watch if you can find it.

This rocks! I think Chris Hardwick is awesome, so I'm really looking forward to this.

I like the way you think. Everything that bugs us on The Walking Dead is a result of magical nighttime wizardry (or weather).

This is the most accurate description of Glee in its current incarnation that I've ever heard.

The only thing I got out of this was that I really want to hear Lea Michele sing "Pity the Child." It was the ballet number that did it, because they're similar. She's the only person on the cast who can handle that song (even though it's expressly about a mother and son… whatever). It's just… that would be epic. EPIC

The timing has been weird all season. Wasn't the second episode the Halloween episode? And they started their course way after that?

Agreed on Britta/Troy. They deserved better than the lousy writing and lack of screen time they got this year.

I'm with you. That was probably the single best moment he's had on the series. It hasn't been a steady season, but I'm hoping he'll get the recognition he deserves for that moment.

It reminded me of when he went to look for the imaginary friendship hats in the pillow/blanket war in season three. It's always charmingly adorkable when Jeff gets in on the fantasy.

It didn't seem racist to me. He was doing an impression, and having a talking like he talks is part of that impression.

I'm wishy washy on this. There were funny jokes, and the dean as "Jeff" was freaking hilarious (as were Annie's reactions to him), but after a season of not giving Troy and Britta their due respect as a couple, I can't help but be disappointed to see it just… end. And to see "Abed" essentially break up with Britta for

Yeah, and now if it just keeps going predictably south for the bros, it's going to be kind of a slow ride downhill to the finale.

Screw it - I'm still rooting for Malcolm to take the whole thing.

:(

LOL! You just made my day. I might change it now to Neil Patrick Harris with an inexplicable beard.

To be fair, that's been the theme of most episodes since the pilot.

I don't doubt it, but he was also the creative energy behind the show, and somehow that the fanbase was very loyal too. It's kind of like castrating the show. He's the dick, and now he's gone.
